Structural and Miscellaneous Metals Estimating
Tribuild takes off Division 05 across both scopes: structural steel by member and weight, and miscellaneous metals by unit and linear foot, with connections, embeds, and fabrication carried so your steel and misc. packages are each priced completely.
Division 05 is really two estimates: structural steel priced by weight, and miscellaneous metals priced by the piece. Tribuild takes off both: main framing by member and weight from the framing plans, and stairs, railings, ladders, gratings, bollards, and embeds by unit and linear foot from the misc-metals schedule, kept as separate, cleanly-priced packages.
Connection material and embeds are carried from the documents, deck is quantified by profile, and every deliverable ships with a weight summary and documented assumptions your team can price and defend. If demand warrants, the page can be split into dedicated structural-steel and miscellaneous-metals pages later.
